I help kids & adults who are on the
Autism spectrum
If your child (or yourself) is on the autism spectrum and suffer from some of its consequences, you might recognize the experience of being surrounded by a wall of glass.
From my own experience, I know how this can generate suffering and conflict. It does not have to be that way forever.
How The Shattered Attention Process Helps Kids Who Struggle With Focus, Distraction And Finishing Tasks Become More Independent, Calm And Confident In Their Ability To Get Things Done.
In our research on the core biology of Attention Deficit Disorder, our team or researchers identified a specific mechanism linked with the ability to stay focused.
We found that this mechanism could be impaired, leading to what we call the Shattered Attention problem. With it, the person is unable to stay focused for a long time, as their awareness jumps from one topic to another, leading to distraction, forgetfulness, and difficulty in finishing tasks. This is, from our point of view, the main cause of ADD.
Fortunately, we have been able to design and test a process that restores a full ability to focus. This increases concentration and gives the ability to control your focus. This is a very efficient solution for ADD, as it addresses the core biological ability to focus your awareness, and that’s why it greatly reduces the need for constant reminder, productivity tricks, or other band-aid approaches.
What is Peak States® Therapy
Peak States® therapy is a new form of psychotherapy aimed at identifying the root cause of our issues and resolving them quickly, permanently, and safely. It falls within the fields of mind-body therapies and psychotraumatology.
After personally exploring the best psychotherapy approaches and most effective change techniques—and having practiced Ericksonian hypnosis, NLP, EFT, and various other methods—I have concluded that Peak States therapy is the only method I now wish to practice, as it is the most profound and effective approach I have ever experienced.
The core, unique approach of Peak States Therapy is to have a very thorough understanding of pre-natal developmental events. We discovered that there are many key events during our development before we are born, that can be negatively affected by traumas, in particular a combination of biographical and generational traumas (inherited from our ancestors).
This allows us to create a completely new generation of techniques that do not only heal traumas efficiently, but also repair fundamental abilities of our consciousness, such as the ability to focus, to connect emotionally, to experience positive emotions, and much more. The main applications are the Inner Peace, the Silent Mind, the Wall of Glass, the Shattered Attention, the Column of Self, and Peak States of Consciousness.
Peak States of Consciousness
Our entire life experience—from our daily feelings and mindset to our beliefs and our perception of ourselves, others, and life itself—depends on our state of consciousness.
Consciousness is the most important aspect of our existence, and the state we are in largely determines the quality of our lives. Thus, our state of consciousness can be more or less positive or functional, or conversely, negative. It influences our emotions, our mindset, our beliefs about what is normal or possible, and even the functioning of our bodies.
When our state of consciousness changes, our entire experience of life changes.
There are certain exceptional states of consciousness that make life far more wonderful, rich, peaceful, joyful, and fascinating.
For instance, the state of Inner Peace means we no longer feel the negative emotional burden of our past; instead, we live emotionally in the present—in a state of constant calm and peace that becomes our new norm. Even under stress, we maintain an underlying sense of peace, and the stress quickly subsides once the stressful event has passed.
The pursuit of happiness is a quest for many human beings. The state of Underlying Happiness allows us to experience a constant happiness that does not depend on external circumstances but arises continuously from within. For example, instead of living by the mindset « I will be happy when I get X or achieve Y, » we experience an unconditional, constant happiness. This makes daily life easier and facilitates the achievement of our goals—specifically those that truly matter to us, while others become obsolete since we are already happy.
Combining the states of Inner Peace and Underlying Happiness yields great satisfaction and a superior quality of life, as this state no longer relies on external sources but is intrinsic to us.
The state of the Optimal Life Path gives us the feeling of being in the right place, doing exactly what we are meant to do with our lives. It is accompanied by a sense of calm euphoria, optimism about the future, and a feeling of being guided—intuitively knowing what we must do to be happy.
There is a wide variety of extraordinary states of consciousness—most of which are unknown or taboo in our society—that offer exceptional abilities or highly positive characteristics. For example, the « Column of Self » fosters a sense of knowing who one is, independent of any identification with a role (familial, societal, professional, etc.); the « Choice for Good » eliminates almost all negativity and drastically reduces the very possibility of wishing harm upon others; « Fundamental Beauty » renders all our perceptions positive and creates an experience that some describe as « living in paradise »; and so on.
